从冬凌草中分离出3个化合物,分别鉴定为冬凌草甲素(1)、冬凌草乙素(2)和5-羟基-2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-6,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(3)。生测结果表明:化合物1对供试的7种植物病原真菌的菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用,但活性较低,质量浓度为500mg/L时抑制率低于50%;3个化合物对供试的4种病原真菌孢子具有一定的抑制作用,EC50值在668~3869mg/L之间,活性明显低于对照药剂嘧霉胺(EC50值160~421mg/L)。化合物1、2对供试的3种革兰氏阳性细菌有较好的抑菌活性,其MIC值在15.63~31.25mg/L之间,化合物3对供试4种细菌没有明显的抑菌活性。
Three compounds were isolated from Rubescens and identified as oridonin (1), rubescil (2) and 5-hydroxy-2- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl ) -6,7,8-trimethoxyflavone (3). The results of bioassay showed that compound 1 inhibited the mycelial growth of the seven plant pathogenic fungi tested, but its activity was lower, and the inhibition rate was lower than 50% when the concentration was 500mg / L. The spores of the four pathogenic fungi tested had a certain degree of inhibition. The EC50 values ranged from 668 to 3869 mg / L and were significantly lower than those of the control drug pyrimethanil (EC50 160-421 mg / L). Compounds 1 and 2 showed good antibacterial activities against the three Gram-positive bacteria tested, with MIC values ranging from 15.63 to 31.25 mg / L. Compound 3 showed no significant antibacterial activity against the four bacteria tested .
