目的通过对食品安全企业标准备案之关键点的讨论,提高食品安全企业标准备案工作的质量,更好地为经济建设服务。方法根据2年多的食品安全企业标准备案工作实际,结合省内外的有关的理论与实践,提出了四个关键点。结论对将要备案的食品企业标准先要判断其是属于严于还是没有食品安全国家或地方标准,其次产品名称应规范,再次为其所用原辅料的合法性,最后是要求中各项目与指标的确定。若能把住这四个关键点,即可保证标准的合法性、科学性与先进性。
Objective To discuss the key points of filing of food safety standards in enterprises so as to improve the quality of the filing of food safety standards and to better serve the economic construction. Methods According to the practice of filing of food safety standards for more than two years, we put forward four key points based on the relevant theories and practices both inside and outside the province. Conclusions The standards of food enterprises to be filed must firstly determine whether they are state-to-state or local food safety standards, and secondly, the product names should be standardized and the legitimacy of the raw and auxiliary materials used again, and finally the requirements of each item and indicator determine. If you can live in these four key points, you can ensure the legitimacy of the standard, scientific and advanced.
