陈德华同志(藏名:扎西降错)是四川省甘孜藏族自治洲公路局活雀儿山五道班的班长。他二十年如一日,坚持工作在三千里川藏钱上海拔最高的道班,是雪山高原上一颗晶莹璀璨的铺路石,是全国交通战线广大普通劳动者的杰出代表。 在上世纪八十年代,交通战线出了个杨怀远,他的“小扁担”为旅客送去了无尽温暖;九十年代又出了个包起帆,这位“抓斗大王”在创新中体现了科学技术是第一生产力的无穷内涵。在新世纪第一个十年,陈德华的出现也并非偶然。他的先进事迹反映出中国交通事业的继续发展。
