为提高开关电源效率 ,在对全桥移相 PWM( FB-PWM)变换器工作原理及其工作状态分析的基础上 ,介绍了 FB-PWM变换器实现零电压转换的条件 ,并提出以能量和时间两个概念分析的方法。利用集成控制芯片 ML481 8作为移相控制核心设计了零电压转换的FB-PWM( ZVSFB-PWM)变换器 ,并完成了实验 ,结果证明分析和设计是正确的。
In order to improve the switching power supply efficiency, based on the working principle and working state analysis of the full-bridge phase shift PWM (FB-PWM) converter, the condition of zero-voltage conversion of FB-PWM converter is introduced. Time two concept analysis methods. The zero-voltage conversion FB-PWM (ZVSFB-PWM) converter is designed by using the integrated control chip ML481 8 as the core of the phase-shift control. The experiment is completed and the results prove that the analysis and design are correct.
