部分招收中职生的高职院校将中职生根据专业划分到开设有相同或相近高职专业的院系进行管理的模式在实际运行中出现了“中职教育的高职化和边缘化”。其根本原因在于这种管理模式将两类不同年龄阶段、不同发展水平、不同教育层次的学生搅和在一起,增加了管理难度,分散了管理者的精力。同时,在这种与高职生的共处和对比环境中,中职学生始终处于依附、次要的地位,很难改变。应当成立中职部,理顺管理体系,从根本上解决这个问题,并在此基础上开展其他教育和管理工作。
