泥质岩体注浆加固过程中,由于浆液析水致使破碎泥质岩体发生膨胀、软化等流变现象,从而增加了巷道围岩变形破坏能力,提高了巷道维护难度。针对上述问题,基于泥质岩体水理化性质,通过实验研究不同水灰比水泥浆液析水规律,预选注浆加固所需浆液的合理水灰比;同时,通过制作破裂泥岩注浆胶结试件,并测定其不同龄期单轴抗压强度,进而研究浆液析水率对破碎泥岩弱化作用,最终选出最佳注浆水灰比。
During the grouting reinforcement of muddy rock mass, the rheological phenomena such as expansion and softening of crushed argillaceous rock mass occur due to the precipitation of slurry, which increases the deformation and failure capacity of surrounding rock and improves the difficulty of roadway maintenance. In view of the above problems, based on the physico-chemical properties of the muddy rock body, the reasonable water-cement ratio of grout needed for grouting reinforcement was experimentally studied by analyzing the water-cut law of different water-cement ratio cement slurries. At the same time, , And their uniaxial compressive strength at different ages were measured. Then the weakest effect of slurry rate on the broken mudstone was studied, and finally the best grouting water-cement ratio was selected.
