氮气弹簧作为一种新型的具有弹性功能的部件,在模具、汽车等行业中逐渐取代常规螺旋弹簧而得到越来越广泛的应用。利用三维软件Pro/E对该结构进行三维建模,再通过Pro/E和ANSYS间的无缝连接特性将模型导入ANSYS中,运用ANSYS软件对氮气弹簧进行静力分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,得到氮气弹簧的应力分布、变形情况、固有频率和谐响应曲线,研究方法和手段可为工程实际提供理论基础。
As a new type of elastic component, nitrogen gas spring has been widely used in the mold, automobile and other industries to gradually replace the conventional coil spring. The three-dimensional model was constructed by using Pro / E software. Then the model was imported into ANSYS through the seamless connection between Pro / E and ANSYS. The static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of nitrogen gas spring were carried out by using ANSYS software. , Get the nitrogen gas spring stress distribution, deformation, natural frequency and harmonic response curve, research methods and means can provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
