How do classics define? When using Coetzee’s “What is Classic,” those “those who survive the worst barbaric attacks and survive the rest of their lives are classics.” Of course, ignoring the special context of his speeches, those who have received the most sincere praise from the future generations and who have always been new are undoubtedly among them. This is the first point we want to make. The second point that should be emphasized is that beyond the usual understanding, it is not possible to limit the classics only to literary masterpieces in ancient and modern times, from the Analects of Confucius to the Records of Japan, from The Republic to The Existence and Time. Many works in the humanities and social sciences, including some natural science works, have a deep concern for the fate of people in this world because of their genuine concern for the human condition. They have a deep understanding of the human inner experience, and they have a deep understanding of people’s inner experience. Fine octupoles, whipping up, are classics, should be read by us
