目的:比较女贞嫩叶、生长叶和落叶中熊果酸的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相方法测定三种不同生长阶段女贞叶中熊果酸的含量。结果:熊果酸的含量:嫩叶>生长叶>落叶。女贞嫩叶、生长叶和落叶中熊果酸的含量有显著差异。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,可准确测定不同生长阶段女贞叶中熊果酸的含量,为女贞叶药材的临床应用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To compare the content of ursolic acid in young leaves, growing leaves and deciduous leaves of Primrose. Methods: The content of ursolic acid in the leaves of Ligustrum lucidum in three different growth stages was determined by HPLC. Results: ursolic acid content: young leaves> growing leaves> deciduous. There were significant differences in the contents of ursolic acid in young leaves, growing leaves and deciduous leaves of virginia. Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive, and can accurately determine the content of ursolic acid in the leaves of Ligustrum lucidum in different growth stages. It provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of Ligustrum lucidum.
