Japanese-English Existential Sentences are important sentences in Japanese-English language and have their own structural semantic features. Reference Chinese classification can be the Japanese and English existing sentences LP, VP, NP divided into A, B, C for comparison. They act as different parts of sentences and play a different role in existential sentences. Japan and the United Kingdom are both uncertain terms, the composition is not exactly the same. Despite the different semantics, the existing Japanese and English verbs can be divided into static verbs and dynamic verbs. Place words in certain conditions can be omitted. From the use of verbs, Japanese existential sentences are more suitable than English existential sentences to disappear and terminate. The two have similarities and differences in definition, structure and verb characteristics, which deserve further study.
