目的:调查分析本院处方书写不合格情况,进一步提高医师正确书写处方的好习惯,加强药师对处方的审核力度。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,抽取本院2010年处方12186张,依据《处方管理办法》(中华人民共和国卫生部第53号令于2007年2月14日发布)中的有关规定,对处方进行检查。结果:不合格处方共321张,占抽查总数的2.63%。其中处方前记不合格58张,处方正文不合格238张,处方后记不合格25张。结论:医院不同程度地存在处方书写不合格现象,应加强《处方管理办法》的学习和宣传,减少或避免因开具处方或调剂处方不当所造成的医疗差错或事故。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the non-compliance of prescriptions in our hospital, to further improve the doctor’s good habit of writing prescriptions correctly and to strengthen the examination of prescriptions by pharmacists. Methods: A retrospective analysis method was used to extract 12,186 prescriptions from our hospital in 2010, and the prescriptions were inspected according to the relevant provisions of the “prescription management approach” (Order No. 53 of the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China on February 14, 2007) . Results: A total of 321 substandard prescriptions, accounting for 2.63% of the total number of spot checks. Among them, 58 were unqualified before prescription, 238 were unqualified by prescription, 25 were not qualified as post-prescription prescriptions. Conclusion: The hospitals have different degrees of nonstandard prescription writing. The study and publicity of prescription management methods should be strengthened so as to reduce or avoid medical errors or accidents caused by prescribing prescriptions or misdirected prescriptions.
