根据化学成分分析的结果鉴别了铁皮石斛和它的4种近似植物:晶帽石斛、束花石斛、兜唇石斛和齿瓣石斛.收集了24种石斛属植物的62份样品;高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了8个小分子化学成分的含量;苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;气相色谱法(GC)分析了多糖的单糖组成.在以上分析结果的基础上,用逐步判别分析法创立判别函数,实现5种植物的分类鉴别.研究发现,4个小分子化合物在石斛属植物中普遍存在,它们是柚皮素、3,4-二羟基-4′,5-二甲氧基联苄(DDB-2)、3′,4-二羟基-3,5′-二甲氧基联苄(gigantol)和4,4′-二羟基-3,3′,5-三甲氧基联苄(moscatilin);多糖含量,4个小分子化合物含量,以及多糖的单糖组分中甘露糖和葡萄糖相对含量比,是显著的预测变量,对区别5种植物有重要意义;用这6个变量建立的判别函数能够完全区分铁皮石斛与它的4种近似植物.研究结果提示,根据柚皮素、联苄和多糖等化学成分的含量可以鉴别铁皮石斛.
