目的 为了解不同工种放射工作人员接受外照射剂量水平 ,正确评价放射工作人员职业危害及防护效果。方法 用FJ -3 77热释光剂量仪 ,对放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测。结果 共测定 2 73 8人次 ,集体剂量当量为 2 5 0 9 0 3人·mSv ,人均年剂量为 0 92mSv/a ;其中 ,从事X射线诊断放射工作人员的受照剂量最高 ,达 1 0 2mSv/a ,最低的为核医学放射工作人员 ,受照剂量为 0 71mSv/a。结论 枣庄市放射工作人员年受照剂量水平较低 ,放射工作业已成为较安全的职业
Objective To understand the radiation dose levels of radiation workers in different occupational groups and correctly evaluate the occupational hazards and protective effects of radiation workers. Methods FJ - 377 thermoluminescence dosimeter was used to monitor the radiation dose to individual workers. Results A total of 2 73 8 person-times were measured with a collective dose equivalent of 25.09 million person · mSv and an average annual dose of 0 92 mSv / a. Among them, the highest dose of radiation workers engaged in X-ray diagnosis reached 102 mSv / a, the lowest for nuclear medicine radiation workers, exposure dose of 0 71mSv / a. Conclusion Radiation workers in Zaozhuang City have a lower level of annual exposure and radiation work has become a safer job
