Arrhythmia is one of the most common complications of cardiac catheterization. In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of all kinds of heart rhythm disorders and reduce or avoid the fatal consequences, this paper discusses the relationship between electrophysiological and various kinds of arrhythmia occurring in cardiac catheterization. Cardiac catheterization is an important method of studying hemodynamics of the cardiac circulatory system to diagnose cardiovascular disease, cardiac surgery and critically ill patients. In recent years, retrograde arterial catheterization, selective coronary angiography, balloon-guided balloon catheter, endocardial electrode pacing catheter, successfully used in clinical diagnosis and rescue treatment. Intracardiac phonocardiogram, His bundle beam electrogram, sinoatrial node electrogram, dye dilution, selective and super selective angiography and endocardial activity
