目的分析健康教育应用于慢性胃炎康复护理中的效果。方法将2016年7月-2017年7月于该院接受治疗的160例慢性胃炎患者作为分析对象,双盲法纳入教育组与常规组(n=80)。为两组患者实施常规护理干预,教育组在此基础上介绍健康教育,比较两组患者的慢性胃炎知识知晓率、自我效能感量表评分及患者的护理满意度。结果教育组患者的慢性胃炎知识知晓率为98.75%,常规组患者的慢性胃炎知识知晓率为85.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且相较于常规组患者,教育组患者的自我效能感量表评分相对较高。同时,常规组与教育组患者的临床护理满意率分别为87.50%、98.75%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育组患者治疗总有效率为81.25%,明显高于常规组治疗总有效率62.50%。结论健康教育在慢性胃炎患者护理中的应用,能够显著提高患者的慢性胃炎知识掌握能力,患者的临床护理满意度显著提升,有效促进患者康复,护理干预的价值较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education on chronic gastritis rehabilitation nursing. Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled in this study. The double-blind method was enrolled in the education group and the conventional group (n = 80). For the two groups of patients to implement routine nursing intervention, the education group introduced health education on this basis, compared the two groups of patients with chronic gastritis knowledge awareness, self-efficacy scale and patient satisfaction satisfaction. Results The rate of awareness of chronic gastritis was 98.75% in the education group and 85.00% in the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). And compared with the conventional group of patients, education group patients self-efficacy scale score is relatively high. At the same time, the satisfaction rates of clinical nursing in routine group and education group were 87.50% and 98.75% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was 81.25% in education group, which was significantly higher than that of conventional group (62.50%). Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis can significantly improve the knowledge of chronic gastritis in patients with ability to grasp, significantly improve patient satisfaction with clinical care, and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with high value of nursing intervention.
