对附子、附子与炙甘草、附子与生甘草的水煎液进行定量分析。其结果:附子与炙甘草同煎较附子单煎其乌头类生物碱的溶出率降低28.68％;附子与生甘草同煎其溶出率降低81.18％。
Quantitative analysis of decoctions of Aconite, Aconite and Zhigancao, Aconite and raw licorice. RESULTS: The dissolution rate of Aconitum alkaloids was decreased by 28.68% when Fuzi and Zhigancao decoction were compared with Aconite, and the dissolution rate of Fuzi and licorice decoction was decreased by 81.18%.
