目的 :探讨肾康注射液与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞外基质 (ECM )不同成分的抑制作用强度。方法 :采用体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术 ,观察具有降逆泄浊、益气活血功效的中药肾康注射液及苯那普利对ECM不同成分的影响。结果 :肾康注射液具有抑制ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白 (FN)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)和Ⅳ型胶原 (ColⅣ )的作用 ,该抑制作用具有一定的量效关系。苯那普利对ECM中FN、ColⅣ也有一定的抑制作用 ,但不及肾康注射液作用明显。结论 :肾康注射液对ECM的抑制作用优于苯那普利。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Shenkang injection and benazepril on the different components of human glomerular mesangial extracellular matrix (ECM). Methods: Human glomerular mesangial cells cultured in vitro were used to observe the effect of Jiangkang injection and benazepril on the different components of ECM with Jiangni Xiexie, Yiqihuoxue. Results: Shenkang injection can inhibit fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN) and collagen Ⅳ (Col Ⅳ) in ECM. The inhibitory effect of Shenkang injection has some dose-effect relationship. Benazepril on the ECM FN, Col Ⅳ also have some inhibitory effect, but not as obvious effect of Shenkang injection. Conclusion: Shenkang injection is better than benazepril in inhibiting ECM.
