提高育果袋纸的抗水性是主要研究方向,施胶剂更是这一研究的重点。本实验选用ASA(烯基琥珀酸酐)、AKD(烷基烯酮二聚体)和复合胶料(蜡乳液与阳离子分散松香胶的混合乳液),分别对育果袋纸进行浆内施胶,对3种施胶剂的应用性能、施胶效果和成本进行了对比,并研究了不同施胶剂对成纸的持久抗水性能的影响。实验结果表明:3种施胶剂均能满足要求,但是从施胶效果和持久抗水性方面,中性施胶剂ASA和AKD优于复合胶料;持久抗水性方面ASA和AKD制得成纸的施胶度变化率为9.09和7.23,而复合胶料高达22.22;复合胶料的成本最低。
Improve the water resistance of fruit bag paper is the main research direction, sizing agent is the focus of this research. In this experiment, we chose ASA (alkenyl succinic anhydride), AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) and compound rubber compound (mixed emulsion of wax emulsion and cationic dispersion rosin gum) The application performance, sizing effect and cost of the three sizing agents were compared and the effects of different sizing agents on the durable water resistance of the finished paper were studied. The experimental results show that all the three sizing agents can meet the requirements, but the neutral sizing agents ASA and AKD are better than the composite sizing agent in terms of sizing effect and long-lasting water repellency. In terms of long-term water resistance, ASA and AKD are made into paper Sizing degree of change of 9.09 and 7.23, while the composite rubber up to 22.22; composite rubber compound the lowest cost.
