土体中除含固体颗粒、液体与气体以外,还存在细菌、真菌等微生物,其存在势必会对土体性能产生一定作用。现有研究表明:微生物改善土体性能的机理是通过改变微观结构作用土体性能,主要有微生物吸附、诱导无机物沉淀、生物表面活性剂附着与气体填充等四种方式。微生物作用土体的宏观表现主要有降低渗透性与提高强度两方面。除理论分析与试验研究取得了一定成果外,微生物在土体封堵防渗与胶结加固工程上也得到了很好应用。
Soil in addition to solid particles, liquids and gases, but also the presence of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, its existence is bound to have a certain effect on soil performance. The existing research shows that the mechanism of microorganism to improve soil performance is through changing the microstructure of soil performance, there are four ways: microbial adsorption, induced inorganic precipitation, biosurfactant attachment and gas filling. Microbial role of soil macro performance mainly to reduce permeability and improve the strength of both. In addition to the theoretical analysis and experimental research have achieved some results, the micro-organisms in the soil seepage blocking and cementing reinforcement project has also been well applied.
