目的 :建立毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素注射液和灯盏花素片中灯盏花乙素的含量。方法 :采用 5 7cm× 5 0 μm(i.d .)未涂层石英毛细管 ,分离电压 :2 0kV ,缓冲液 :4 0mmol·L-1硼砂 (pH 8.5 0 ,+磷酸调节 ) ,检测波长 :2 80nm。 结果 :灯盏花乙素线性范围为 0 .10~ 4 .0mg·mL-1(r=0 .9985 ) ,回收率大于 98.0 % ,RSD小于 2 .5 %。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于灯盏花素注射液和灯盏花素片的质量控制。
Objective : To establish capillary electrophoresis method for determination of scutellarin in breviscapine injection and breviscapine tablet. METHODS: A 5 7cm × 50μm (id.) uncoated quartz capillary was used with a separation voltage of 20 kV, buffer: 40 mmol·L-1 borax (pH 8.5 0, + phosphoric acid adjustment), detection wavelength: 2 80 nm . Results: The linear range of scutellarin was 0.10 to 4.0 mg·mL-1(r=0.9985), the recovery rate was more than 98.0 %, RSD was less than 2.5 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of breviscapine injection and breviscapine tablets.
