本文讨论了家兔在下身负压作用下,心电图和超微结构改变及其关系.有心电图ST-T改变者,电镜下心肌细胞的结构大致正常,但胞质内糖原颗粒减少或消失。部分线粒体出现肿胀,嵴突稀疏,基质密度降低,出现空泡,未见无定形致密体。此种改变基本上与结扎冠状动脉造成的早期心肌缺血改变类似。下身负压下不足以引起心电图ST-T改变者,超微结构变化基本同上,唯其胞质内尚存较多糖原颗粒,可能与机体的循环调节能力不同有关。而心肌间质毛细血管管腔不规则,内皮细胞向管腔伸出许多形状各异的突起,则可能起到减缓血流,增加内皮细胞表面积,促进物质交换等代偿作用。

Lower body under the negative pressure is not enough to cause ECG ST-T changes in ultrastructural changes are basically the same as the above, but the existence of more glycogen granules in the cytoplasm may be related to the body’s ability to regulate circulation is different. The myocardial interstitial capillary irregular lumen, endothelial cells protruding to the lumen of many different shapes of protrusions, it may play to slow blood flow, increase endothelial cell surface area, and promote the exchange of substances such as compensatory role.
