采用4只成年恒河猴,将75颗健康牙随机分成3组开放根管6个月后经X光片检查形成根尖周炎,而后经根管预备、封药消毒后行根充,其中A组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂+吲哚拉新根充;B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根充;C组空白对照.结果:根充1个半月A,B两组X光片根尖周暗影仍明显可见;组织学示A组根尖周炎症基本得以控制,B组炎症仍明显.3个半月X光片示A,B两组尖周暗影明显缩小,无显著性差异,(P>005);A组根尖周难见到炎性细胞,根尖病变区胶原纤维新生明显,根尖及牙槽骨表面见较多新骨沉积,B组根尖周仍可见炎细胞浸润,组织新生明显较A组少(P<001).结果表明:吲哚拉新根管充填能明显抑制根尖周炎症,促进根尖周病变及早修复
