目的:探讨腔隙性脑梗塞诊断中CT和核磁共振MRI两种诊断技术的临床价值。方法:对104例确诊的腔隙性脑梗塞患者均进行颅内脑部CT和MRI检查,比较两种扫描结果下的病灶情况。结果:MRI对腔隙性脑梗塞病灶的检出率明显高于CT检查。病灶出现最多的部位在丘脑、脑干和基底节部位。结论:在腔隙性脑梗塞诊断中,MRI比CT有更高的检出率,能更清晰准确的展现病变的特征,临床上应首选MRI作为诊断腔隙性脑梗塞的方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of two diagnostic techniques CT and MRI in the diagnosis of lacunar infarction. Methods: 104 patients with lacunar infarction were diagnosed intracranial brain CT and MRI examination, comparison of lesions under the two scan results. Results: MRI detection rate of lacunar infarction was significantly higher than CT. The lesions appear most in the thalamus, brain stem and basal ganglia site. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of lacunar infarction, MRI has a higher detection rate than CT, which can show the characteristics of lesions more clearly and accurately. MRI should be the first choice in clinical diagnosis of lacunar infarction.
