变应性鼻炎和哮喘是呼吸系统常见的变态反应性疾病,其患病率均呈逐年上升的趋势.变应性鼻炎患者中20%～38%伴哮喘,而哮喘患者中60%～70%伴变应性鼻炎.变应性鼻炎和哮喘在病因学、发病机制和病理学改变等方面极为相似,许多患者常先后或同时患变应性鼻炎和哮喘,目前世界变态反应组织已提出"同一个气道,同一种疾病"的观点[1].
