For the past five years, studies have been conducted on the longitudinal motions in large ore trains operating in the Pilbara area of Western Australia. This is because the problem of repair caused by the hooking force caused by this sport is becoming more and more obvious. An extensive and in-depth analysis of the data recorded from ore trains has been conducted in conjunction with computer simulations. A computer software package outline developed specifically for this work was presented. The main features of the instrumentation designed to monitor the various forces in these trains and the various displacements between the vehicles are also discussed. Also introduced the typical application of these technologies in train operation.
