目的:探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在喉癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测58例喉癌、28例声带息肉及19例喉部正常黏膜组织中ET-1、MMP-9的表达。结果:喉癌组织中ET-1的表达率为81.03%(47/58),与声带息肉(57.14%)和喉部正常黏膜组织(57.89%)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-9在喉癌中的表达率为72.41%(42/58),与声带息肉(50.00%)和喉部正常黏膜组织(47.37%)对比,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。ET-1、MMP-9的表达与喉癌的临床分期、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移均有一定关系。结论:ET-1与MMP-9的高表达可能与喉癌的发生、发展关系密切,可为喉癌的靶向及个性化治疗策略提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in laryngeal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ET-1 and MMP-9 in 58 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, 28 cases of vocal cord polyps, and 19 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa. Results: The expression rate of ET-1 in laryngeal carcinoma was 81.03% (47/58), which was significantly different from that of vocal cord polyps (57.14%) and normal mucosa of the larynx (57.89%) (P<0.05). . The expression rate of MMP-9 in laryngeal carcinoma was 72.41% (42/58). Compared with vocal cord polyps (50.00%) and normal mucosa (47.37%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of ET-1 and MMP-9 was related to the clinical stage, depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer. Conclusion: The high expression of ET-1 and MMP-9 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer. It may provide a theoretical basis for targeting and personalized treatment strategies for laryngeal cancer.
