来自中国指数研究院的统计数据显示,2016年1-3月,全国300个城市共成交土地4500宗,同比减少13%;全国300个城市成交楼面均价为1450元/平方米,同比上涨18%。其中住宅类用地(含住宅用地及包含住宅用地的综合性用地)成交楼面均价为2424元/平方米,同比上涨36%。数据还显示,1-3月,全国300个城市土地出让金总额为4408亿元,同比增加4%。全国40个大中城市中过半数
Statistics from China Index Research Institute show that from January to March 2016, the total number of land transactions in 300 cities in the country was 4,500, down 13% over the same period of last year. The average transaction price of 300 cities across the country was 1,450 yuan per square meter, up YoY 18%. The average floor price of residential land (including residential land and comprehensive land with residential land) was 2424 yuan / sq m, up 36% over the same period of last year. The data also show that from January to March, the land transfer payments of 300 cities nationwide totaled 440.8 billion yuan, up 4% over the same period of last year.
