建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法同时分离和测定金银花和金银花露中绿原酸和4种黄酮类化合物的含量.优化样品提取条件和实验条件下,采用甲醇-水(H3PO4调pH=2.6)梯度洗脱,外标法定量.结果显示绿原酸、槲皮素、金丝桃苷、木犀草素、芹菜素的线性范围分别为0.1~50,0.055~100,0.05~200,0.05~100,0.1~100mg/L(R>0.999),回收率分别为94.40%,100.72%,97.60%和96.80%(相对标准偏差小于1.2%).此实验方法简便,快速,线性关系良好,可作为金银花品质的测定.
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established to simultaneously separate and determine the content of chlorogenic acid and four flavonoids in honeysuckle and honeysuckle. Optimized sample extraction conditions and experimental conditions, using methanol-water (H3PO4 adjusted pH = 2.6) gradient elution, external standard method. The results showed that the linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, quercetin, hyperoside, luteolin, and apigenin were 0.1-50, 0.055-100, 0.05-200, 0.05 respectively. The recoveries were 94.40%, 100.72%, 97.60% and 96.80% (relative standard deviation less than 1.2%). The experimental method was simple, rapid, and the linear relationship was good. As a measure of honeysuckle quality.
