通过室内试验,确定了岩石可钻性与岩石力学性质( 硬度、抗压强度和塑性因数等) 的关系, 并把声波测井资料与牙轮钻头可钻性相结合,给出了用测井数据表示岩石可钻性级值的统计模型. 分析表明: 岩石的强度和硬度是影响岩石可钻性的主要因素,塑性因数对岩石可钻性影响较小. 岩石的纵、横波时差分别反映岩石不同物理性质,在建立可钻性计算模型时,需用多元回归方法.
Through laboratory tests, the relationship between rock drillability and rock mechanical properties (hardness, compressive strength, plasticity factor, etc.) was determined. The combination of sonic log data with the drillability of roller cone bits was used. Data represent a statistical model of rock drillability values. The analysis shows that the strength and hardness of the rock are the main factors affecting the drillability of the rock, and the plasticity factor has little effect on the rock drillability. The longitudinal and transverse wave time differences of rocks respectively reflect the different physical properties of rocks. When establishing the calculation model of drillability, the multiple regression method is required.
