January 23, 2013, Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau held a party leading group 2012 annual democratic life conference. The meeting was presided over by Shi Yongqiang, party secretary of the Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau. Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau Gu Li Xian Tu Lahong, deputy director Shi Huiqiong, Wang Yueping, discipline inspection team leader Liu Shuxin, deputy director Huang Xiaoxin attended the meeting.
