随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,消费者权益保护已成为人们日益重视的问题,而我国现行的《消费者权益保护法》在实施过程中逐渐显现出其不足之处,亟待完善。笔者就消费者权益保护的现状、完善《消法》的意义及如何完善《消法》等几个方面提出自己的意见。 With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the protection of consumers’ rights and interests has become a problem that people pay more and more attention to. However, the current “Consumer Protection Law” in our country gradually shows its shortcomings in the implementation process and needs improvement. The author puts forward his own views on the status quo of consumer protection, perfecting the significance of “eliminating law” and how to improve “eliminating law” and so on.
