导致沥青路面早期损坏的重要原因之一就是压路机对沥青路面材料不能充分的压实。通过分析材料的力学特性以及压路机的工作理论,提出了“机—材”一体化的压实新理念。这种压实方法弥补了过去压实过程中压路机作业参数与路面材料特性之间不匹配而引起的压实效果不理想之弊端,可显著地提高路面的压实质量,延长路面的使用寿命。
One of the important reasons leading to the early damage of asphalt pavement is that the road roller can not fully compaction the asphalt pavement material. By analyzing the mechanical properties of the material and the working theory of the roller, a new compaction concept of “machine-material” is put forward. This compaction method makes up for the bad compaction effect caused by the mismatch between the road roller operating parameters and the road material properties in the past compaction process and can significantly improve the compaction quality of the road surface and prolong the service life of the road surface.
