在这一日等于20年的工业大跃进年代里,金属切削刀具的使用寿命,具有很重要的作用。我厂为了提高刀具的使用寿命,曾先后对P18插齿刀及用P18材料改锻的切刀分别进行过氰化和硫化试验,并根据两种方法处理后所得不同特性又进行了氰化加硫化的综合试验。试验结果发现:用后一种方法处理后的刀具具有氰化和硫化综合的优点,可提高使用寿命达6倍以上。现将试验情况与结果简述如下:
