复合材料发展快速且已经广泛应用,但是由于整体制造困难等因素,结构件之间需要有大量的机械连接,因此提高连接区安全性和经济性是一个重要的课题。以复合材料壁板与钛合金接头连接结构为研究对象,开展了连接强度试验研究,测得了结构件的极限拉伸载荷与应力应变数据,得到结构件载荷传递路径以及危险螺栓位置,并与仿真结果进行了对比分析,获得了一些有意义的结果。
The rapid development of composite materials has been widely used. However, due to the overall manufacturing difficulties and other factors, a large number of mechanical connections are required between the structural members. Therefore, it is an important issue to improve the safety and economy of the connection area. Taking the connecting structure of composite wall and titanium alloy as the research object, the connection strength test was carried out, and the ultimate tensile and stress-strain data of the structure were obtained. The load transfer path and the position of the dangerous bolt were obtained. The results of a comparative analysis, obtained some meaningful results.
