Statistics show that excavator structural quality problems account for a certain percentage of the failure, so the quality of excavator structural parts affect the overall quality. The quality of a structural part depends firstly on its design and secondly on the manufacturing process. This article improves the manufacturing process of the structural parts of the three key parts such as the bush of the excavator working device, the slewing bearing, the fixing bracket and so on, which shows that the technician should propose the improvement method when examining the structural design and manufacturing process. 1. Improve the sleeve (1) the original structure and shortcomings An excavator boom, stick, bucket sleeve original structure shown in Figure 1a. Axial positioning of the two bushings in their seat bore uses a steel pipe from which the top is
