目的:优选筋骨痛消颗粒纯化、干燥、成型工艺。方法:以干浸膏得率、芍药苷含量为指标考察水提液的纯化方法;以芍药苷含量为指标考察水提液醇沉条件;以芍药苷、丹参酮ⅡA含量及粉体状态为指标考察干燥条件;以成品率、挥发油回收率为指标考察挥发油包裹条件。结果:水提液的纯化条件选择醇沉法;醇沉法条件是药液相对密度1.08,醇浓度至60%。真空干燥和喷雾干燥两种干燥方法均可采用。挥发油包裹条件是挥发油:-βCD=1∶10,包合温度45°C,搅拌时间2.0 h。结论:实验结果可为筋骨痛消颗粒生产工艺的确定提供实验依据。
Objective: Optimize the bones and muscles eliminate particles purification, drying, forming process. Methods: The purification method of water extract was investigated with the yield of dry extract and the content of paeoniflorin. Results: The purification conditions of water extract were alcohol precipitation. The conditions of alcohol precipitation were that the relative density of liquid was 1.08 and the alcohol concentration was 60%. Vacuum drying and spray drying two drying methods can be used. Volatile oil package conditions are volatile oil: -CD = 1:10, inclusion temperature 45 ° C, stirring time 2.0 h. Conclusion: The experimental results provide the experimental evidence for the determination of the production process of bones and muscles.
