本文叙述了钴—60辐照处理苹果在贮藏保鲜过程中的一些生理效应,试验结果表明:辐照处理能有效的抑制内源乙烯的产生,从而延长苹果的贮藏期.辐照剂量在0.3—1.0KGY时,辐照剂量与苹果的乙烯释放速率、产生乙烯的总量呈负相关(r=-0.986),使辐照处理的苹果,贮藏了八个多月后,外观与品质变化不大.辐照处理对苹果的蛋白质、还原糖、纤维素、酸度等营养成份没什么影响.
In this paper, some physiological effects of cobalt-60 irradiation on storage and preservation of apple were described.
