采用正交区组二次回归旋转组合设计,在土壤差异较大的大田条件下建立了氮、磷肥及种植密度对茄果产量的生产函数,按边际分析原理探讨了氮、磷对茄果产量的影响因素。结果表明:在土壤差异较大的大田条件下,进行二次回归旋转试验时采用正交区组设计,能够有效地提高模型的拟合效果,可谓正交区组是局部控制的好方法;在土地条件较差的瘠薄地上采用高密度载培是提高茄果单产的有效措施之一;氮肥与磷肥间的交互作用显著,并在一定条件下存在着相互替换性。
