采用纤维素酶和聚木糖酶的混合物分别对混合办公废纸(MOW)和旧报纸(ONP)进行脱墨,评价了酶法脱墨的效果,并对酶法脱墨工艺进行优化。MOW和ONP进行酶法脱墨的最佳条件有所不同,在最佳条件下,MOW和ONP脱墨浆的最高白度分别为83.6%和41.9%,脱墨效率分别为6.0%和6.3%。采用化学法对MOW和ONP进行脱墨时,脱墨效率分别为2.9%和3.5%。常规化学法很难使MOW脱墨,酶法适用于MOW的脱墨。
The mixture of cellulase and xylanase was used to deink the mixed office waste paper (MOW) and the old newspaper (ONP) separately. The enzymatic deinking effect was evaluated and the enzymatic deinking process was optimized. MOW and ONP enzymatic deinking the best conditions are different, under the best conditions, MOW and ONP deinked pulp maximum whiteness were 83.6% and 41.9%, deinking efficiency were 6.0% and 6.3% . When deinking MOW and ONP chemically, the deinking efficiencies were 2.9% and 3.5%, respectively. Conventional chemical method is difficult to make MOW deinking, enzymatic method for MOW deinking.
