目的:研究何首乌多糖对氧自由基及抗氧化酶活性的作用及其机制。方法:用D-半乳糖注射小鼠致亚急性衰老模型,同时何首乌多糖50或150mg·kg·d-1)连续灌胃8周,观察其对模型小鼠体内脂质过氧化产物及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果:50或150 mg·ks-1·d-1)何首乌多糖能使模型小鼠血清和肝、肾组织中SOD,肝、肾组织中GSH-PX酶活力明显上升;血清、肝、肾组织中MDA及脑组织中LF明显下降。结论:何首乌多糖可显著提高模型小鼠体内抗氧化酶活性,清除氧自由基及抑制脂质过氧化。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of polysaccharides from polygonum multiflorum on oxygen free radicals and antioxidant enzymes.
