在厂党委的正确领导下,在市科技组及江苏师范学院数学系革命师生的指导下,我厂组织三结合试验小组,应用正交试验设计的科学试验方法,在一号高炉上探索合适的装料制度,以提高煤气利用,降低焦比,提高产量,为社会主义革命和建设事业多作贡献。我厂一号高炉自一九七四年七月三日——二十六日选择了料线(1100m/m,1200m/m,1300m/m)、矿批(1400Kg,1600Kg,1800Kg)、装料次序(疏抑结合,普遍大,花装),按三因素,三水平正交试验设计正交表[2],进行了九次试验。通过试验,该高炉在现有的原料、设备条件与喷吹水平的基础上,在所试验的范围内,找到了最佳水平组
