研究了40 k V Ti离子辐照对Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5非晶合金晶化行为和腐蚀性能的影响。通过X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析,结果表明离子辐照导致样品发生晶化,其物相与退火晶化物相有明显差异。与8.1×1017ions/cm2剂量相比,辐照剂量为2.7×1017ions/cm2时晶化量更多。电化学极化曲线和扫描电镜结果表明,辐照后样品在Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀类型为点蚀,在Na OH溶液中为均匀腐蚀,辐照后样品在两种测试溶液中的耐腐蚀性能均比铸态样品好。
The effect of 40 k V Ti ion irradiation on the crystallization behavior and corrosion resistance of Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5 amorphous alloy was studied. The results of X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry show that the sample is crystallized by ionizing radiation and the phase of the sample is obviously different from that of the annealed crystallite. With a dose of 2.7 × 10 17 ions / cm 2, the amount of crystallization was more than 8.1 × 10 17 ions / cm 2. Electrochemical polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy results showed that the type of corrosion in irradiated samples was pitting corrosion in NaCl solution and uniform corrosion in NaOH solution. The corrosion resistance of samples after irradiation in two kinds of test solutions All better than as-cast samples.
