目前,中国教育改革正在如火如荼地进行,而从根本意义上来说,教育改革的核心是课程的改革,而教师又是课程改革的关键,所以,为了适应新课程改革的需要,教师提高素质、更新观念、转换角色势在必行。以新课程改革为背景,说明新时代高中数学教师角色转变的大致方向。在新课程改革下,教师不再是单纯的知识传递者,随着时代的发展,教师的角色越来越向多元化发展。
At present, the education reform in China is being carried out in full swing. From a fundamental point of view, the core of education reform is curriculum reform, and teachers are the key to curriculum reform. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform, teachers improve their quality and update Concept, the role of conversion is imperative. With the new curriculum reform as the background, this paper illustrates the general direction of the role transformation of high school mathematics teachers in the new era. Under the new curriculum reform, the teacher is no longer a pure knowledge transferor. With the development of the times, the teacher’s role is more and more diversified.
