现有研究普遍认为在集群企业合作过程中关系资源能够显著提升合作绩效,但其作用路径却并不明晰,并缺乏一定的经验证据。本文构建了包含关系能力与企业间信任的双元中介效应模型,基于江浙典型产业集聚区内相关企业样本,运用结构方程模型进行假设检验与中介效应识别。研究结果显示,总体上关系资源能显著提升集群企业间合作绩效,但其直接作用并不明显,这一过程中关系能力起到了部分中介作用,而信任关系起到了完全中介作用。这也从某种程度上解释了为什么一些集群企业在面对同样的关系资源时合作绩效却相差迥异。本文认为基于彼此间信任的关系能力构建与维系对合作绩效具有决定性影响。
It is generally accepted in the existing research that the relationship resources can significantly improve the cooperation performance in the process of the cooperation between enterprises in a cluster, but the path of its action is not clear, and there is a lack of empirical evidence. This paper constructs a dual mediation effect model that includes relationship abilities and trust among enterprises. Based on the samples of related enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang typical industrial agglomeration areas, this paper uses the structural equation model to carry out hypothesis testing and mediation effect identification. The results show that the overall relationship between resources can significantly improve the performance of inter-firm cooperation, but its direct effect is not obvious. In this process, the relationship ability plays a part of the intermediary role, while the trust relationship plays a complete intermediary role. This also explains to some extent why some cluster enterprises differ in their cooperation performance in the face of the same relational resources. This paper argues that the construction and maintenance of relationship capacity based on mutual trust have a decisive influence on the performance of cooperation.
