为了解决无缝管探伤设计与实现过程中能量与信号的无接触传递问题,采用了抗干扰性强、信号损耗小的旋转变压器,同时为防止能量消耗在钢管上,对变压器采取了特殊的缠绕方法,使环型线圈内不存在铁芯,减少了能量的消耗。在探伤仪的设计上,以CPLD、高速采样卡为主要器件来实现4通道信号的并行接收。该设计方案已在鞍山新澳探伤公司通过了实验验证,取得了良好的效果。
