目的:探讨提高疑难全口义齿临床修复效果的方法。方法:选择2009年1月至2014年6月于我科就诊的上、下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收的患者共计13例。改良传统全口义齿制作方法,降低垂直距离及成品人工牙后牙的牙尖高度、加深后牙窝沟,同时前牙排成对开牙合。结果:13例患者中,10例患者的咀嚼功能得到改善。结论:对于牙槽嵴重度吸收的全口无牙颌患者,采用降低垂直距离及后牙牙尖高度、加深咬合面窝沟深度、改良前牙排牙等方式,能够改善疑难全口义齿的咀嚼功能。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the clinical effect of difficult total denture. Methods: A total of 13 patients with severe upper and mandibular alveolar ridges treated in our department from January 2009 to June 2014 were selected. Improve the traditional full denture production methods to reduce the vertical distance and finished artificial teeth posterior teeth cusp height to deepen the posterior pit fissure, while the anterior teeth arranged in pairs on the occlusion. Results: Among the 13 patients, mastication was improved in 10 patients. CONCLUSIONS: To reduce the vertical distance and height of posterior teeth, deepen the depth of occlusal fissure, and improve the arrangement of anterior teeth, it can improve the masticatory function of difficult total dentures .
