喉癌为耳鼻咽喉科常见肿瘤之一,其发病率约占全身恶性肿瘤的1—4％。目前喉癌的治疗方法不外放疗、化疗、手术疗法和综合疗法四种。James曾收集喉内癌1448例,喉外癌830例,其术后五年生存率分别为59.7％及36.9％,所以全喉切除术治疗喉癌似为国内外采用的主要方法。本手术的麻醉方法很多有局麻、醚麻、静脉复合麻醉及针麻等。我们曾于
