利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了17%Cr铁素体不锈钢退火时间对组织、织构的影响。研究了再结晶晶粒的显微组织、微观织构和晶粒间取向分布与成形性的关系。结果表明,随着退火时间的延长,再结晶晶粒长大,γ取向线上{111}<110>,{111}<112>的先增强后减弱,α取向线上的{112}<110>,{111}<110>先减弱后增强。当在1040℃退火时间为3 min时,γ织构密度最高,r值最大,△r的绝对值最小,此时获得了此钢种最好的成形性能。
The effect of annealing time on microstructure and texture of 17% Cr ferritic stainless steel was studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The relationship between the recrystallization grain microstructure, the microstructure and the intergranular orientation distribution and the formability was studied. The results show that as the annealing time prolongs, the recrystallized grains grow up and {111} <110> and {111} <112> increase and then weaken on the γ orientation line. The {112} <110 >, {111} <110> first weakened and then enhanced. When annealed at 1040 ℃ for 3 min, the highest density of γ texture, the highest value of r and the smallest absolute value of Δr were achieved. The best formability of this steel was obtained.
