Recently, there was a mayor in a certain county where the work was passive because of the lack of charisma. He thus complained that the cadres and masses did not respect him and did not support him. If so? I’m afraid not. As the saying goes: “pot is not hot, cake is not posted.” When bake biscuits, it is necessary to heat the pan, the pan is not hot, the cake can not be attached. In my opinion, as a leader of a country, it is important for cadres and the masses to respect you and support you. The important one is to make the cadres and the masses warm. “Heat” means putting down “the shelf”, earnestly trusting, respecting, caring and caring for the cadres and the masses and putting it into one with the cadres and the masses. However, some leaders in reality do have the misunderstanding that it seems that the relationship between leaders and the masses is “too arbitrary” to lose the prestige of leadership. Hold this understanding. Some leaders have dealt with the problem of “three coldnesses” (cold face, cold-heartedness and cold approach), causing a “wall” between leaders and the masses.
