近几年各大高校虽然对图书管理员给予了一些有利于馆员职业发展的条件,比如说整体馆员年龄趋于年轻化、学历层次提高、提供相应的培训机会等等,但由于社会环境的不重视、发展空间狭窄、专业知识提升速度慢、职业本身的制约性等因素,逐渐降低了馆员对工作的认知度、满意度和成就感。目前高校图书馆应针对图书管理员职业在发展中所面临的实际问题采取积极有效的对策,增强馆员对图书馆职业发展的信心,实现馆员与图书馆事业的双赢。

At present, university libraries should take positive and effective countermeasures against the practical problems faced by librarians in their career development, enhance the librarians’ confidence in the career development of libraries, and achieve a win-win situation between librarians and libraries.
